PVC Toy Rack, Large

This is the tall pvc "hangman's" type rack I made for Chelsea. I planned to
use it to hang toys by her while she was sitting in a chair, lying on the sofa, etc. but
this photo shows her lying on the floor using it. Anyway, she's reaching out, making the
VERY loud metal wind chimes go and LOVING it, as you can see. I've also used metallic
holiday decorations, large rattle
toys, etc.
